I am a 35yo married and father of twins. I will update the photos once in a while. They were born 3 months early in March of 2008 and went through a tough first 4 months. They are now doing well.

I had 200k before the drop in 2008. I need to set aside around 200k in next 2.5 years to get early retirement.

[ ] pay off 1st mortgage by 2026
[ ] finance next car for 3 years or less
[ ] pay cash for my next car around 2016
[ ] start a TIPs 10 year bond ladder by 2016.

Baby update

Probably been a week or two or three since I last posted here on babies. Two weeks ago one of my sons was transferred to a different hospital. He was at a level 3 NICU, but that hospital does not do surgery. So he was transferred to another level 3 NICU and put on Surgical rounds to deal with his problems.

Two weeks later, no surgery has been done. We now have two kids in two different NICUs about 15 minues apart in same city.

Strive to get them back together. Twins suffer many odd illnesses when they are separated that early. In any event, God bless you, your wife and your boys. I will pray for you all.

Amazing how small and fragile these babies appear, yet so resilient and already showing their own individualities. You are a beautiful family, and I hope everyone is reunited very soon with excellent health all around.

Good luck my friend! I hope the decide what to do with DS that needs surgery. I can't imagine how frustrating that is for you and your wife. Love the pictures and thanks for keeping us posted!

Your babies are beautiful. A NICU experience certainly isn't easy as I know first-hand. Before you know it they'll be running circles around you. Blessings to your family.
